Can I freeze the cooked vegetables in this dish?

Yes, you can definitely freeze cooked vegetables, including zucchini. Freezing cooked vegetables is a great way to preserve their freshness and extend their shelf life.

Once you have cooked your vegetables, allow them to cool down to room temperature. Then, transfer them to airtight containers or freezer-safe bags. It’s important to remove as much air as possible from the containers or bags to prevent freezer burn.

When you’re ready to use the frozen cooked vegetables, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight before reheating or incorporating them into your desired dishes.
