Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into large pieces
  • 1 large red pepper, cut into slices
  • 1 bag of petite gold potatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray a cast iron skillet with non-stick cooking spray
