Can I serve this with cauliflower rice instead?

You can absolutely serve this Weight Watchers turmeric chicken over whatever base you like. Basmati rice is a classic choice for this dish but you can use brown rice, zoodles, cauliflower rice, or even just some fresh greens!

I like to serve this with rice but cauliflower rice is a great keto friendly option if you are cutting down on carbs. Using cauliflower rice, zoodles, or greens will also cut down on points so if you are cutting it close, spend those points on chicken and keep the rice for another time!

You can even pair this recipe with a side dish like Green Beans with Bacon for a flavorful family friendly meal.
