How many servings does this recipe make?

This recipe for chocolate covered oranges will make about 24 servings. The total number of orange slices will vary depending on how many are in each of your mandarins.

Nature is funny like that, they’ll be unique to you! 2-3 slices after they’re dipped in chocolate and topped with sea salt is what we use as a guide for serving size.

That’s about 1/4 of a mandarin and then the chocolate and toppings included as well. You can do whatever works for you in terms of serving amounts and making extras, etc.

I don’t recommending making too many extras. These are best served fresh and do not keep super well because the orange juice will eventually seep into the chocolate and make it a little wonky.

Try and make sure you are making just what you will be able to share or consume in a day or two for best results.
