- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Cooked basmati rice, for serving
- Parsley, for garnish

- In a bowl whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, turmeric ginger, lime juice, garlic, coriander, and salt marinade until well combined and pour into a ziplock bag
