Homemade Turkey Apple Cinnamon Sausage isn’t just quick and easy, it tastes amazing, too! On Sunday afternoon, I make the sausage, freeze and it’s ready to heat and go on busy mornings.

What you need to make this tasty sausage at home
Again, we’re all about the easy. Our Homemade Turkey Apple Cinnamon Sausage recipes only have three ingredients. Turkey Sausage, apple, and cinnamon. You could easily substitute pork or fresh chicken sausage, too.

How to Make Apple Cinnamon Turkey Sausage
In a large bowl mix the fresh turkey sausage, grated apples. (I used Gala apples) and ground cinnamon until well blended. It’s so simple to make!

Form mixture into two inch balls and flatten. I baked my patties, but you could grill or fry too. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins. ( I flipped them over after the first 10 minutes) Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and their ready to eat! This batch made 20 patties, enough to last a whole month of morning work days!

Pair your Turkey Apple Cinnamon Sausage with other quick and easy breakfast foods like yogurt, eggs, or fruit. These sausage patties would also go great on a breakfast sandwich.
