Turkey Sausage Recipe
This homemade turkey sausage recipe is a delicious Weight Watchers-friendly recipe to add to your breakfast recipe ideas.
Mornings are definitely not my favorite time of the day. I stay up later than I should at night, so I end up dragging myself out of bed when the alarm clock rings.

Why you’ll love this recipe
Somedays that means I don’t have time to fuss with a breakfast recipe that is too involved or difficult to prepare. Instead of grabbing a banana as I run around getting ready for the day, I started prepping these apple cinnamon turkey sausage patties in advance so I could pop them in the microwave and throw together a more appealing breakfast on the fly.
When you only have a few minutes to get ready and out the door (because you hit the snooze three times), you need quick and easy breakfast ideas.
Homemade turkey apple cinnamon sausage isn’t just quick and easy, it tastes amazing, too! On Sunday afternoon, I make the sausages freeze them, and then they are ready to heat and go on busy mornings.
