Ingredients for Weight Watchers citrus and cranberry ham:

  • 4 Tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice or store bought orange juice
  • 1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp whole cloves
  • 3 pounds of lean ham
  • 3 mandarin oranges cut into wedges
  • 3 Tbsp light brown sugar

This Weight Watchers citrus and cranberry ham is a snap to make.  There are 5 Weight Watchers Freestyle Smart Points in each serving of this delicious ham.

How to make Weight Watchers citrus and cranberry ham:

  1. Turn oven on 375 degrees F.
  2. Over low heat add juice, cranberry sauce, brown sugar in a small sauce pan and mix until blended, warmed and melted down. This is your glaze. Set it aside.
  3. Place your ham in a cooking pan and push whole cloves into the top of it.
  4. Drizzle 2/3 of the glaze over the ham and bake for 45 -60 min.
  5. Every 15 min of cooking you can brush the remaining glaze on and squeeze extra orange juice from the mandarin oranges.
  6. Once done, slice and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy
