How to make Weight Watchers citrus and cranberry ham:
This is a really easy recipe to make. The whole family will devour it and it’s perfect for a healthy option at the holidays. We make this tasty ham for Easter and Christmas because it is easy but also because it’s delicious.
My family doesn’t have to know that they’re eating something a little better for them than the traditional recipes.
Turn oven on 375 degrees F.
Over low heat add juice, cranberry sauce, brown sugar in a small sauce pan and mix until blended, warmed and melted down. This is your glaze. Set it aside.
Place your ham in a cooking pan and push whole cloves into the top of it.
Drizzle 2/3 of the glaze over the ham and bake for 45 -60 min.
Every 15 min of cooking you can brush the remaining glaze on and squeeze extra orange juice from the mandarin oranges.
Once done, slice and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy

- 4 Tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice or store bought orange juice
- 1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp whole cloves
- 3 pounds of lean ham
- 3 mandarin oranges cut into wedges
- 3 Tbsp light brown sugar
