These recipes were calculated originally for the Freestyle program. When Weight Watchers switched over to the myWW program, which has three levels, they informed us that the blue plan is the same as the old Freestyle program.
If you are still using that program and currently are on the blue plan these recipes are already calculated and ready to go!
As always, you know my recommendation is to calculate everything for yourself. It is YOUR body and what you put into it matters so calculating and tracking is key for success on myWW.
