In all of my Weight Watchers recipes I try and use the WW app to calculate all the points for each program. Hopefully that means that everyone can enjoy the recipes without having to stress about how to properly track them.
If you are finding recipes that you really like I always recommend creating a recipe in your WW app or on the website while logged into your account. Once you enter using the brands you use for the recipe you can save it to your account and then whenever plan changes happen the recipe will automatically update to the new system point values!

As always, you know my recommendation is to calculate everything for yourself. It is YOUR body and what you put into it matters so calculating and tracking is key for success on WW.
