How to make funnel cakes in the air fryer:

First we need to combine the yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon, and flour in a bowl. Just mix until they are combined and then go in with your hands and kneed the dough for about 2 minutes. If the dough is sticky add flour a small amount at a time until it’s easy to kneed.

Next we want to prepare a work surface. Put down some parchment paper and dust it with flour. Put the dough on the paper and cut the ball into 4 equal sections.

Now we want to work with one of the four sections. Cut the dough into 6 pieces. Rolling them each into a long thing rope that is about 8-10 inches long will work best. After they are rolled out pile up the ropes of dough and shape them loosely into a funnel cake.

This is the fun part of how to make funnel cake for Weight Watchers. Keep going until you have formed all four funnel cakes. While you are forming them you can preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F.

Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and depending on the size of your basket you can put 2 of the funnel cakes into the basket. Spray the tops of the cakes with cooking spray before you put them into the air fryer.

Allow the cakes to cook for about 5 minutes until they are browned slightly and cooked the whole way through. Repeat the process until all of your funnel cakes are cooked!

Dust the funnel cakes with powered sugar and serve when warm. If you are eating them later I would recommend waiting to put the sugar on until they are reheated.
