Along with the fat free Greek yogurt (plain) you’ll also need fresh dill, dried garlic, dried onion, salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest! You can also use dried dill you’ll just need to use less. See the amounts and all the ingredients in the printable recipe card at the bottom of the pots.

How to make a healthy dip for Weight Watchers:

This recipe is really easy to put together. There’s nothing fancy in the ingredients list and you don’t need any fancy equipment to make it happen. I’ll show you in five easy steps how to make a healthy dip that you can serve as a Weight Watchers snack, pack for lunches, use to top salads or sandwiches, and more.

Place Greek yogurt in a large bowl and use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and no lumps remain.

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Garlic Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Onion Flakes

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
