One of the main reasons I love making this dill dip for Weight Watchers is the fact that it goes so well with everything. You can pair this recipe with veggies like I do or you can also pair it with crackers, chips, pretzels, or even a bread bowl and bread chunks.
Because this recipe is really low in points you can even serve it with tortilla chips or your favorite toasted pitas without having to worry about spending too many points on a snack!

What do I need to make Weight Watchers dill dip?
You will need just a few simple ingredients. There’s nothing too exciting in this dip but everything combines to make a really flavorful dip that everyone really loves.
If you are not on Weight Watchers you can use full fat or low fat Greek yogurt. This recipe is calculated for each of the three myWW+ plans so I use the fat free plain Greek yogurt in my recipe!
Along with the fat free Greek yogurt (plain) you’ll also need fresh dill, dried garlic, dried onion, salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest! You can also use dried dill you’ll just need to use less. See the amounts and all the ingredients in the printable recipe card at the bottom of the pots.
How to make a healthy dip for Weight Watchers:
This recipe is really easy to put together. There’s nothing fancy in the ingredients list and you don’t need any fancy equipment to make it happen. I’ll show you in five easy steps how to make a healthy dip that you can serve as a Weight Watchers snack, pack for lunches, use to top salads or sandwiches, and more.
Place Greek yogurt in a large bowl and use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and no lumps remain.
Sprinkle in the dill, garlic flakes, onion flakes and salt, then stir to combine.
Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, stir to combine fully.
Taste and adjust, as desired.
Refrigerate for one hour or until ready to serve.

If you are on Weight Watchers you’ll need to know how to track this recipe. It makes about 6 servings, you can have a little more than that and still be within the point range. This one is very low in points on all three plans so it’s a nice one to enjoy with zero point veggies for a great snack that won’t cost you many points!
