What do I need to make Weight Watchers fruit and yogurt parfaits?
For this very simple recipe we will be using plain fat free Greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. That’s all!
There’s nothing tricky or fancy about this recipe. The flavors of the plain greek yogurt and the fresh fruit come together to make a really tasty treat. It’s a zero point dessert on purple and blue plans even!
You can add some granola or sweetener if you are not on Weight Watchers. You can also add some if you are on WW you’ll just have to track those additions separately!

How to make fruit and yogurt parfaits:
The only thing easier than making these Weight Watchers yogurt parfait cups is eating them! Once you have prepped your ingredients it’s as easy and dividing them up and layering them in the cups. You can use recycled Oui yogurt containers like we did or you can use any glass jar to store these.
Slice strawberries into thin slices. Cut bananas into rounds.

Place a little yogurt in the bottom of a cup or glass jar. Add in banana then more yogurt.

Add in strawberries more yogurt then top off with blueberries.

Serve cold.
